Support when you need us
When you receive your new website from Cuffe.net, it will be bang up to date, secure and working correctly. A full site backup will have been made for you, stored by us and a copy sent to you.
It's your complete website, make sure you keep it safe! As promised you own the site, you are not tied to us in any way. You will have full access to the backend and files of your website and any hosting you have with us.
We will guide you for an unspecified time following handover for free, but you are now responsible for any content changes, upkeep, and security of your website. Clients may not have the time or wish to maintain their website or update content. We would be delighted to do it all for you or just help you when required.

The core CMS files, and any additional software used to make your will website will require updating to keep your website working correctly and above all secure. We like to think of this as regular service checks. Most updates are performed in the backend of your site, some will require changing on your hosting server via your hosting control panel.

Just £20.00 with any hosting plan from Cuffe.net
Our standard hourly rate for support is £20.00 per hour charged in 15-minute intervals. Support rates covers everything from fixing a broken site to adding or editing content for you. If you think that you will require regular work from us, you can save up to 25% by purchasing a plan. All plans last for two years so you will never loose unused hours.
